"Decent help, but a little slow"
I have mixed feelings about the customer service. They did eventually answer my question and were helpful enough once they got back to me, but I had to wait longer than I expected and send a couple follow-ups. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it super smooth or quick either

"Dosage info was really confusing"
I was trying to figure out how much I was supposed to take, but the dosage info really wasn’t clear to me. A few parts felt kind of vague, and I didn’t feel totally confident that I was doing it right. For a supplement, that should really be simple to understand. Overall, not a great experience.

"Helped w/ my stress a bit tbh"
I grabbed this from humnutrition.com for mood + stress support, and so far it’s been solid. I feel a little less on edge during the day, and falling asleep has been easier too, which is a win lol. Shipping was normal, no problems or anything.

"Literally couldn’t get past the smell"
I really wanted to give this a try, but the smell was literally so bad that I couldn’t get past it. The taste didn’t help either, so I ended up not using it

"Still not seeing much, honestly"
I used it for over a month exactly like they recommended, so it’s not like I gave up after a few days or didn’t follow the directions. I really wanted it to work, but I haven’t noticed any real change. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just feels like I spent money and didn’t get much out of it.

"Feels like it used to be better"
I really wanted to still like HUM because I remember being more impressed with it before, but lately the ingredients just feel kind of hit or miss. Some of the formulas have decent stuff in them, but then there are fillers or forms of ingredients I’m not crazy about. For the price, I expected it to feel a little cleaner and higher quality. It’s not terrible, but it feels more average than it used to.

"Shipping was ridiculously slow"
My order took forever to show up, and the lack of clear updates was ridiculous. I just kept waiting with no idea what was going on. If shipping is always this slow, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Didn’t sit well with my stomach"
I gave this a try for about a week, but it just didn’t agree with me. I was feeling bloated and a little nauseous, and at that point, common sense said to stop using it. Might work fine for other people, but it wasn’t for me.

"Using the website was frustrating..."
Using the website was frustrating. Some pages would load super slowly, and then other times it felt like it just worked when it wanted to. Checkout was confusing enough that I tried twice and eventually gave up. Not really worth the hassle.

I tried working this into my mornings, but it just didn’t fit for me. I already have a routine I like to keep simple, and taking that many pills every day felt like too much to keep up with.

"The recs actually fit what I was looking for"
I tried the HUM quiz without really expecting it to know much, but the picks were accurate. It suggested things that made sense for my skin stuff and digestion, not just random products thrown at me.
After a few weeks, I felt like the recomendations were actually matched to me. The site was easy to use too, and I didnt feel like it was pushing me to buy a bunch of extra things

"Way too expensive for what you get"
i mean, it just didn’t feel worth it to me. For the price, I expected a lot more, and what I got was disappointing.

"Promo code wouldn’t work"
I tried to use their discount code at checkout, but it kept saying it was invalid with no real explanation. It was annoying, since the promo was the main reason I decided to order in the first place. Not a huge deal, but definetly frustrating.

"Autoship charges were a mess for me"
I signed up for autoship thinking it would make things easier, but the billing on my account just didn’t look right. The charge was different than what I thought it would be, and trying to figure out where the extra amount came from was... yeah, not simple.

I’m fine paying for what I actually order, obviously, but I need the charges to be clear. This whole thing felt messy and frustrating, and I just don’t want to deal with autoship again after that...

"Didn’t do anything for my bloating"
I bought these because the description made it sound like it would really help with bloating, but i didn’t notice any difference at all. I used it exactly how they said to, and my stomach issues were still the same. It’s not exactly cheap either, which made it more frustrating. I’m always a little skeptical when companies use all that polished wellness language, and this kind of reminded me why. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it was a waste of money.

"Nice bottle, nails still a mess"
I gave HUM a solid try for about two months because my nails have always been weak and prone to peeling. Unfortunately, I really didn’t notice much of a difference. They’re still breaking and peeling just like before, which was disappointing for the price. I’ll say the shipping was smooth and the packaging looked nicer than the actual results I got, so there’s that. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was kind of a letdown.

"The quiz was a waste of time"
I gave the personalized quiz a try, but it didn’t help me at all. The questions were so basic, and then the results felt super generic, like they could’ve been sent to literally anyone. It’s supposed to be personalized, but nothing about it felt that way. Make it make sense. Definitely not worth the time for me.

"Canceling was such a hassle"
I tried to cancel my subscription it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The site kept sending me here, there, everywhere, and I just got more and more confused. Too much stress, too much hassle. I’m not ordering again.

"Got the wrong order again"
I ended up getting the wrong items again, which is frustrating. What made it worse was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it — the store, delivery, or support. I just wanted the order I paid for, but it felt like nobody really owned the issue.
